The Tenant must pay $4,931.16 for rent arrears and compensation, plus $186.00 for application filing costs. Daily compensation of $32.96 is due for each day of occupation starting February 12, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by February 28, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting March 1, 2022.
