What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant had paid all arrears for the period ending October 31, 2020, after the application was filed, but the only amount outstanding was the Landlord's cost of filing the application.
The ruling
The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $158.17 for the balance of the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by April 17, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
