What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant has not paid the total rent owed from March 1, 2020 to November 30, 2020, and the Landlord served a Notice of Termination effective May 12, 2020.

The ruling

The Tenant owes the Landlord $5,127.93 for rent arrears and filing costs. The Tenant shall pay $400 per month from November 2020 to October 2021, and $327.93 on November 28, 2021. The Tenant shall also pay the monthly rent on time. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant.
