What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to rent arrears. The Tenants paid all the arrears of rent owed to the Landlord for the rental period ending November 30, 2020, including the filing fee for the application.

The ruling

The Landlord's application relating to eviction of the Tenants based on arrears of rent is discontinued to November 30, 2020. As payment in full was made, there is no reasonable cause of action to proceed on the Landlord's application for compensation and for arrears, and it is therefore dismissed.
