The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 16, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,428.95 plus $29.59 per day starting February 6, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 16, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
