What happened

Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlords harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them. The parties reached an agreement at the Case Management Hearing.

The ruling

The parties agreed that the Landlords will pay the Tenants $920.00 by etransfer on or before August 21, 2020. If the amount is not paid by that date, the Landlords will start to owe simple interest at 3% annually on any outstanding balance.
