What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to serious impairment of safety and inconsistent use of the rental unit. The parties mutually agreed to resolve all matters at issue in the application.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated effective July 31, 2022. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before July 31, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
