What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 15, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $11,873.19, plus $41.10 per day starting April 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant pays $11,886.00 by March 31, 2021 or $13,136.00 by April 15, 2021, the Tenant can void the eviction order and continue the tenancy.
