The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 17, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $544.22 plus $37.81 per day from April 1, 2020 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the full amount is not paid by August 17, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
