What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to persistent late payment of rent. The Tenant was late in paying rent 7 out of 11 months during the period of December 2020 to August 2021.
The ruling
The Tenant shall pay the monthly rent to the Landlord on or before the first day of each month for a 13-month period from December 2021 to December 2022. If the Tenant fails to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
