The Tenants must also pay $45.99 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting December 21, 2020 until they move out, and $190 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants wish to void the eviction order and continue the tenancy, they must pay $12,780 by December 31, 2020 or $14,179 by January 5, 2021.
