What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective September 28, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,335.34 in rent arrears and $19.73 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting September 18, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 28, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
