What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $21,396 to void the order by November 30, 2022. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount, the Tenant must move out by November 30, 2022, and pay the Landlord $18,228.71 plus daily compensation of $59.18 per day starting November 8, 2022 until the Tenant moves out. If the unit is not vacated by November 30, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
