The ruling
The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $10,280.90, which includes rent arrears up to September 30, 2022, and the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 25, 2022, interest will start to accrue at 4.00% annually on the outstanding balance from November 26, 2022.
