What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord served a valid N4 Notice, which the Tenants did not void. Only one Tenant (Andrew J Clarke) remained in possession at the time of application filing.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amount. If not voided, the Tenant must vacate by October 8, 2022, and pay $6,048.72 plus $33.04 per day from September 14, 2022, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting October 9, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
