What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous mediated settlement. The Tenant was required to pay $100 in arrears by February 1, 2020 but paid 3 days late.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by February 25, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $853.80 plus $25.61 per day from February 15, 2020 until the Tenant vacates. If the full amount is not paid by August 17, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
