What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant, another occupant, or someone Tenant permitted substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant.
The ruling
The tenancy is subject to the following terms for 12 consecutive months: Tenant shall not substantially interfere with Landlord or other Tenants; Tenant will not permit Shawn Gregoire (Tenant's boyfriend) into the residential complex, rental unit or common areas; Tenant will not leave her dog unattended at any time; Tenant will only be permitted to smoke cigarettes outside of the rental unit. If the Tenant fails to adhere to these terms, the Landlord can apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
