What happened

The ruling

If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 10, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The Tenant can void the order by paying $3,189.00 by October 31, 2020 or $4,300.00 by November 10, 2020.
