What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's son substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex by other tenants, as well as allegations of the Tenant misrepresenting household income and unauthorized occupancy transfer.
The ruling
The Tribunal found that the Landlord proved the Tenant's son substantially interfered with other tenants' reasonable enjoyment, but did not prove the other allegations. The Tribunal granted the Tenant conditional relief from eviction, prohibiting the Tenant from permitting her son to enter the residential complex.
