The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $4,502.00 by November 20, 2022. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by November 20, 2022, and pay the Landlord -$927.16 (credit to Tenant after deducting rent deposit and interest). The Tenant shall also pay $49.64 per day for use of the unit from September 14, 2022, until move-out.
