What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by September 4, 2022, and pay $4,935.26 plus $23.83 per day from August 19, 2022, until vacating. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting September 5, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
