What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on December 7, 2020. The condition was that the Tenant did not pay the lawful monthly rent on or before January 1, 2021.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before February 16, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
