What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling
The tenancy is terminated as of March 17, 2021, the date the Tenant was evicted by the Sheriff under a separate Board order. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $5,504.87, which includes rent arrears up to the termination date and the cost of filing the application.
