The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 31, 2020. The Tenants shall vacate the rental unit on or before October 31, 2020. If the Tenants do not vacate by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
