Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to their failure to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on February 10, 2020.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 31, 2020. The Tenants shall vacate the rental unit on or before October 31, 2020. If the Tenants do not vacate by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
