What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous LTB order to pay full monthly rent for November 2022 by November 1, 2022.

The Tenants must also pay the Landlord $43.94 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting March 1, 2023 until they vacate.
