What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant. The Landlord claimed the Tenants or someone they permitted parked an unlicensed vehicle in their designated parking spot.

The ruling

The Tenants shall not park or permit to be parked in their designated parking spot any unlicensed vehicle, or any vehicle that cannot be legally driven on a public road. If the Tenants breach this order, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by January 9, 2022, they will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
