What happened
The Executor of the estate of Linda Rigley (the 'Landlord') applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Adam Conder and Valerie Mercer (the 'Tenants') because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy, but did not move out by the termination date.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before June 20, 2021. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owing by June 20, 2021, they will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by June 20, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
