What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent. The parties reached an agreement before the hearing.
The ruling
The Tenants shall pay the monthly rent on or before the 1st day of each month from January 2022 to December 2022. If the Tenants fail to make the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application by December 1, 2022, and will owe interest on the balance if not paid.
