What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to pay rent as ordered in a previous LTB order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by March 7, 2022. The Tenant shall pay $45.05 per day for use of the unit from February 25, 2022 until the move-out date. The Landlords or Tenant shall pay any amounts owing as a result of this order. If the unit is not vacated by March 7, 2022, the Landlords may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
