The tenancy is terminated effective August 1, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by August 1, 2021. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $4,049.92 in compensation for use of the unit from April 1, 2021 to July 21, 2021, and an additional $36.16 per day from July 22, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit.
