What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after serving a Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice), which the Tenant did not void by paying the arrears. The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $12,825.00 in rent arrears and $186.00 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 18, 2021, they will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
