What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated as of November 30, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit by that date. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $46.02 per day for compensation for the use of the unit until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant has not vacated by December 1, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application.
