What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the order issued on December 6, 2022 without a hearing. The Tenant testified that he changed his mind after signing the agreement and requested to remain until the end of June, as he was out of work but wanted to pay the Landlord what he owed.
