What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant causing undue damage to the rental unit, substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of the Landlord and other tenants, and seriously impairing the safety of others.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 30, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $50.20 per day in compensation from December 1, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. The Tenant must also pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 30, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
