What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 31, 2020. The Tenants must pay $3,931.14 to the Landlords, which includes rent arrears up to the termination date and the cost of filing the application, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. If the Tenants pay $6,075 on or before March 31, 2020, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
