What happened

The ruling
The Tenants were ordered to pay the lawful rent in full and on time for the period of April 1, 2021 through March 1, 2022. If the Tenants fail to make any payments during this period, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants within 30 days of the breach.
