What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 28, 2022. Tenants must pay $575 for damages and $186 for application filing costs. If not paid by February 14, 2022, interest will accrue. Eviction may be enforced starting March 1, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
