What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet the conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 17, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,100 for rent arrears and application costs, plus $36.16 per day for use of the unit starting May 7, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 17, 2021, the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
