What happened

The ruling

The previous order CEL-96552-20 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by August 24, 2021. The Tenant owes no money to the Landlord as the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenant exceeds the rent arrears. The Landlord can offset $55.88 per day for compensation for the Tenant's use of the unit starting August 14, 2021 until the Tenant moves out.
