What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlord has entered into an agreement of purchase and sale of the rental unit and the purchaser requires possession of the rental unit for residential occupation.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 6, 2022. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by this date. If not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting February 7, 2022.
