What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 30, 2022, unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $12,726.00 to the Landlord or Board in trust by that date. The Tenant must pay $10,609.10 for rent arrears and compensation up to January 19, 2022, plus $47.67 per day starting January 20, 2022, until move-out. The Tenant must also pay $201.00 for the application filing cost. If not paid by January 30, 2022, interest will accrue at 2.00% annually from January 31, 2022.
