The Tenants must pay the Landlord $12,246 for rent arrears and costs, plus $65.59 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting October 6, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by October 16, 2021, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
