What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 9, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,082.09 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $13.90 per day for use of the unit after October 30, 2020. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 9, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
