What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 9, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $16,438.72, plus $29.13 per day starting March 30, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by April 9, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
