The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless Tenant voids the order by paying $8,818.04 by September 23, 2022. If not voided, Tenant must move out by September 23, 2022, and pay $7,782.52 plus $16.96 per day from September 1, 2022, until move-out. Tenant may make a motion to void the order under section 74(11) of the Act if full payment is made before Sheriff enforces eviction.
