What happened

The ruling

The previous order SWL-44988-20 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by September 11, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $9,756.53, plus $56.84 per day starting September 1, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 11, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
