What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The previous order required the Tenant to pay $200 by January 1, 2021, which the Tenant failed to do.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 5, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $2,659.88 plus $30.78 per day for each day of occupation starting January 26, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 5, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
