What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to allow Landlord access to the rental unit for inspection and maintenance despite proper notice.
The ruling
The Tribunal ordered that the Tenant shall not refuse entry to the Landlord or the Landlord's agent if the notice of entry is given in compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006. If the Tenant fails to comply, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant within 30 days of the breach.
