What happened

Landlord applied for termination of tenancy and eviction due to Tenant seriously impairing safety and causing willful damage to the premises. Tenant broke a window to gain entry to the building, causing damage and alarming other residents.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 29, 2022. The Tenant must pay $575.85 to the Landlord for damages and application fees. If the unit is not vacated by May 29, 2022, the Sheriff may enforce the eviction order starting May 30, 2022.
