The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 30, 2017. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $890.75 plus $26.30 per day starting August 5, 2017 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant pays $2,565 by August 30, 2017, the eviction order will be void and the Tenant can remain in the unit.
